I didn't say I want to get involved.
My post was more about the attacker not the victim being at fault. Not what I would do.

Personally, I think the best thing in the video would be to tell a couple of dudes next to you to come with and than step in and confront the guy. This would likely motivate more people to rally behind me and the dude would be likely to back down, if confronted by multiple people. I wouldn't be in danger to catch a charge for assaulting that dude.
Not shure if I would think about that, if I was present in person.

Don't forget, this is Disneyland. Practically everyone there has kids with them. They will be looking to protect their family over all else, and will be way less likely to get involved in stuff like this.

I love responses from these posters talking about how they get involved.

Hell, even as a police officer, you get involved safely, usually after the brawl is over. You don't jump in right away, and try to break it up. Or you start from the outside, and work your way in.
