When you cuss and act rude that just solidifies in his mind that he did the right thing when in fact he really didn't. He kicked out a paying member with a lame ass excuse. You should have remained polite while sticking to your guns to help keep this from happening to others in the future. The idiot that got you kicked out will probably get a couple more now. I understand your anger at the situation but its best to keep it professional when dealing with this stuff

I take leg training pretty damn seriously. I'm not about slapping backs and screaming pre lift routines ; but when I'm fukin in it, whatever it takes to get through a set. Which still isn't screaming lol wtf

Well glad that you got it sorted out, but the whole situation stinks like they were out to get you. I watched that video 2 times and the "noise" wasn't that offensive. Could there possibly be another reason?

Yes. They want a whisper quiet gym full of fukin sandwiches. That was the second time this same bull**** happened, and the staff member called the owner and blew the situation way out of proportion

This is obviously not about the mild grunting, but your bad attitude/behavior problems.

The guy seems like a raging self aggrandizing douchebag/drug addict without a shred of self awareness based on the psuedo philosophical bullshhit he spews on social media. These losers are utterly unaware of how off putting their entire "tough guy" persona is and how it reeks from a mile away of insecurity. But then it all comes from a needle so it stands to reason that they would lack authenticity.

I had absolutely no negative attitude or interactions towards anyone before some staff member got in my space in the middle of a heavy set.

Forgive me for having a negative attitude towards the gym after the fact.

It's not about that. It's about members quitting. Gym owners fear that members will stop coming to their gym if there is alot of grunting. I fully support JK and his grunting though.

It's a catch 22.

I would suggest to any gym person that if they have a problem with the grunting then just turn up their headphones louder.

It's about being tolerant in all situations.

I never complain about anyone stinking or smelling. I deal with it. I don't go cry to the gym owner that someone stinks. You have to control anger in all situations and just simply be more tolerant to any situation.

Typically people will use smell as a leveraging technique. They will tell someone that they smell to gain leverage over that person. You have to remember this isn't a beauty salon that you're showing up to.

THis is a gym. People are going to be farting as they are lifting. You have to just deal with it. Don't complain. Don't get angered.

Don't tell anyone that they stink. That's disrespectful and shows weakness on your part.

I have had multiple people tell me that I stink in public and I simply diffuse the situation by saying " ok ".... Or tell them i'll go get my Dolce & Gabbana cologne and spray a few sprays on myself then. Something like that.

This is prob bull****. The other sets you were probably way more loud and then posted the one set where you weren’t. If I’m wrong then that’s ****ed up. You lost your cool though which was stupid af. Lower your fuking estrogen because if you’re getting rage from whatever you’re taking it’s definitely too high.

Lmfao multiple people have told you that you stink IRL. Maybe you should take the hint and take a god damn shower and wear deodorant. That’s honestly disgusting. Why don’t you listen to them? Oh it’s because you’re delusional af and think you’re a god damn superhero. If you’re so great why don’t you try out for the NFL brah? Let me guess you’re too good for them or some shut. Anything to keep your delusions of grandeur going so you don’t have to face the truth that you are not some incredible athlete lmao

The entire workout is on my Instagram. And no actual lifter has ever said anything. So no, it's not me, and I'm not "taking" anything

Yeah, if you stink it doesn't mean you're alpha, it means you're low class.
