So basically Seattle PD tried playing BLM advocator and allowing the to protest on a major highway, using cars to half block it, and run around in the dark.
Honestly the Seattle PD is at fault just as much for allowing such stupidity in the first place. How can police allow illegal behavior like this?

Driver was black, if he was white this would be all over the news 24/7 listed as a hate crime. Just fuking lol at people protesting on a freeway or in the middle of the street. They deserve everything that comes to them for making such stupid decisions.

If you drive fast knowing there is an obstruction in the way and knowing you -cannot- see what is beyond it - that is reckless behavior and now someone died - that is manslaughter.
You may disagree that people should /not/ be on the highway - and they should not.
He should sue the police and the BLM headquarters too for the reasons you mention - but that is civil not criminal.
