She always had a love for animals but she was very involved in the food bank. She'd bring food to children, the homeless and shelters, etc...

I will be donating to the food bank.

Edit: I will do a search in her area for rescues or maybe a local zoo taking donations. She loves animals so I'll send something to her area.

Because that's how cancer works. You can have days where you feel amazing and days where you feel like death. Keep in mind her surgery was right before xmas.
