contrary to popular belief, sharks are actually scared and confused by humans splashing around, they dont look and smell like regular prey. A shark wouldnt immediately attack either, they circle their prey and do drive bys without biting a few times to assess the situation.

Not saying he didn’t get eaten by sharks eventually or that the first thing isn’t a small shark, but I highly doubt he got jawsed like a movie at that moment. Sharks will usually take quick hit and run bites out of you first, not go full swallow immediately.
The swimmer who got eaten in Sydney was bit in half*srs* All they saw was a torso.

Why is it such a stretch to think that may have been a shark? It could’ve been something else but it’s strange that anyone would be so adamant that it’s not. Also the girl says “just hurry” in a panicked voice. Lol at “the current” like some are saying.

This is wrong, depends on the shark species.

It's just a brutal way to go - either by drowning or by shark attack

I think he lost his leg on that first attack, the one you see as a splash from the kick (Srs). Thats when you can hear someone far away yelling "ARRGG" repeatedly and in pain. So by then he just keeps floating to the dark and eventually he dissapears and thats when i think he got attacked a second time, he simply goes out of frame right before the camera angle moves away. Not saying they pulled him down purposefully, but he did get dragged around like a ragdoll and possibly came up afloat later when it simply wasnt possible anymore to spot him.

I don’t fukkin get how people blame education for everything. There’s only so much you can teach in a given time. A lot of chit people say “should be in school” is either common sense, can be derived from school lessons (if you have any reasoning skills), or should be taught by family/community

It says right there in the article that the shark circled him for several hours before attacking, find ONE example where a shark immediately attacks someone who falls in water. They dont do that

If a fish equates ANYTHING with dinner time, they'll go for it without hesitation and not bother to ask questions about it. Why are people trying to rationalize this, it's not hard lmfao. Has anybody owned any aggressive fish species like certain cichlids? Those fukkers will eat anything that they can swallow, including their own offspring or smaller cichlids. They're massive pricks. Now imagine it's a god damn shark, it's during their prime feeding time and BOOM! something in the water is swimming and thrashing around. I would imagine that panic starts to set in for the drunken idiot, heart rate goes up, he starts moving around and what do you think the shark is seeing? It's seeing dinner and being opportunistic, it's going for it. As has been pointed out before multiple times, sharks are well known to follow ships because they know it's good eats. I have honestly no idea why people are finding it hard to wrap their minds around this

It's possible that sharks would adapt to the boat schedule. If Rupert Sheldrake's theory of morphic resonance is true then it's an alarming proposition when applied to sharks. The recent attacks in Australia and NZ would be valuable data for the worldwide shark population.
Sheldrake's A New Science of Life: The Hypothesis of Morphic Resonance (1981) proposed that through morphic resonance, various perceived phenomena, particularly biological ones, become more probable the more often they occur, and that biological growth and behaviour thus become guided into patterns laid down by previous similar events. As a result, he suggested, newly acquired behaviours can be passed down to future generations − a biological proposition akin to the Lamarckian inheritance theory. He generalised this approach to assert that it explains many aspects of science, from evolution to the laws of nature which, in Sheldrake's formulation, are merely mutable habits that have been evolving and changing since the Big Bang.

Can’t believe so many miscers are that ****ing stupid

There is no fuking shark in that video, the quality is so chit that you can see shark silhouette if you believe it. God this must have been the same people who thought the saw the sea monster at Loch Ness…

On the top left at the beginning it’s clearly no shark. The water is black as fuk at night it’s fuking dark. You wouldn’t be able to see that shark unless he’d be half way out going around like an U boat when it’s in harbor.

Second frame is clearly his foot splash. It matches. Also a real shark attack like some people think of in the second would be much more devastating. The shark would much more pop out not just his triangle shaped head like people think it is. He would push out with much more force would be a total different impact.

Also dude didn’t see the buoy that’s why he didn’t swim there directly again it’s dark as fuk from his perspective he isn’t the camera man ffs

Also he disappeared that quick at the end because he got into the current and maelstrom of the ships turbine.

Either way being drunk as fuk jumping into the sea at dark night is beyond stupid but that buoy was thrown really badly too. Looks 4-5 meters away from him no chance you can get there. And no chance you can see it.

THIS story won't die (unlike muh boy).

I will say in the defense of misctards, if you casually watch the video AND have lowIQ you probably won't see both sharks. I didn't see the big shark until I watched frame by frame. LOL at a foot splashing looking like a giant gray triangle.

But MEGALULZ at the "muh its a wavecels!"....thee only folks on Twitter who don't see the shark unless explicitly hand-held and shown frames are ....fuking WOMEN. What does that tell you about your own intellect if you are a man???

NO WONDER BODYBUILDERS/LIFTERS are stereotyped as being 'dumbbells' themselves + all the roid-rage memes and general lack of awareness/intellect they have solely to focus on their vain obsessions. This kind of resistance to being new info/open-minded complements other personal blindnesses (like their calling average dumpy-assed gfs beautiful)

Now Bahamanian sources say common for congregating sharks to IMMEDIATELY eat stuff that thrown off of ships (ummm...so much for muh "they circle their prey brahs!").As you would expect. You see the same behavior with fish at your local parks lake where people thrown bread.

The biggest retard miscer comment so far...."where do da blood be? ain't be seein' no blood?...Ummm cuz its dark and in the water maybe?)

But maybe this kid shouldn't be getting any sympathy....his family seems just as idiotic.

Family of Louisiana teen Cameron Robbins who is missing after jumping into shark-infested waters during nighttime cruise have visited the area where he was last seen. Now, an official has said that his family had travelled to Bahamas to trace his final movements before he vanished and visited the spot where he disappeared

(LOL...prolly wanna go swimming at night in the same spot just for reassurance it wasn't a shark(s)....yes there were more than one shark for you misctards to deny.)

Cliffs: This fuking giant shark must be licking his chops about this family's stupidity.

Footage shows Robbins swimming in the water as a life preserver is thrown out to him and classmates tell him to grab on. But the teenager seems to be fixated on a shadowy shape which appears in the water and immediately begins swimming away.

Providing an update yesterday, Royal Bahamas Defense Force (RBDF) Commodore Raymond King confirmed that the area where Robbins went overboard is 'really shark infested.'

I can tell you that area where an individual reportedly jumped over, it's an area that is really shark infested as well. It is so unfortunate but I don't want the family to lose hope.'

btw: shark infested means where sharks regularly feed/find food/expect to be fed....like on a multi-weekly booze cruise route.

Lold, please don't procreate. Please see an optometrist. Please don't drive at night. Please up your IQ, smooth brain. As poster said above, its basically only women that can't see the first shark.

You're outing yourself as someone who can't handle logic.

Brb vast majority of people see clearly a shark, "cant believe people are so stupid that they see a shark"

You are on the losing side boyo. Yeah no **** it aint a national geographic high definition footage of a shark eating the kid, thats why you gotta use your brain and put two and two together with what youve got.

Also yeah seems perfectly logical that he would swim to the darkest part of the sea randomly as opposed to staying on the light where everybody can see him. And no, the attack wouldnt be "way more devastating", this isnt jaws man, where a great white would jump 10 feet in the air to fuk up a helicopter. It wanted its leg, it got a hold of his leg and then it swam away swiftly. No need to tackle the kid like a gotdamn linebacker, the shark doesnt even know what its attacking, he aint in no fight mode hes just in hunt mode, imma get that leg and gtfo, then repeat.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

We're talking about a kid who jumped off of ship at night, just saying. He doesn't seem to make the most logical decisions.
