Plenty of the treatments they provide to you prior to accutane work for plenty of people, accutane is one of the only things that can counter severe cystic and nodular acne though. Show up with that and they will immediately provide accutane.

All of those sides are rare except dry mouth.

I was on 2 years ago, best decision i ever made. The main sides I had were slight joint pain, sensitivity to the sun, and a red face. Also, I had a red rash with small bumps on my calves and upper arms that lasted for about 9 months after treatment stopped.

Edit: And lips drier than the Sahara in the summer. Never leave home without aquaphor.
