I don't know about that.

I saw a streamer run into a house and hid under the stairs during a red attack and he got killed instantly.

I think the collision on the house meshes and FX are not completed yet. So if you do find yourself in the Red zone attack. Get into the house and a spot that is closer to the middle of the house, but not close to the windows.

Or get close to the wall but make sure your legs are not clipping through the wall geo so that the blasts can hit them on the other side of the walls.

You must be on the lowest settings possible and on 1080p. I am rocking a 1080ti + 7700k everything on ultra (except for foliage) at 1440p and I still drop into the 40's in big cities.

Default it is B, but you can change if you want.

Confirmed, everything very low and 1080p on that PC.

Everything very low and 1440p 21:9 on my 980ti + 4790k and run mid 40s usually

Maybe it's just glitchy then.

I know I always hide in buildings away from windows, and myself and my team have never been killed in a red zone.

Never been killed in a redzone. Houses are safe but it is pretty common sense to stay away from windows I would say so I've never tried to take a gander while the bombs are dropping.

I am just going to start lighting up random bushes at the end game, there's always a bushwookie, always.

Never died in a redzone while being inside. Got caught out yesterday driving in the middle of a red zone, I figured bombs probably wouldn't go off in the same spot twice in a row so I just drove flat out and aimed for every blast that went off in front of me, actually worked too...

Try having no shoes on your character, I think it creates less of a sound profile when indoors.

Ugh. This game is frustrating at this point.

I can't figure out where i am getting shot from. I might as well ALTF4 and give up soon as the first shot hits me, cause i am dead in 2 more.

Just make sure to look for cover. I know its hard towards the end because the end circles are always in the woods somewhere. Maybe it will help if you sit prone and let people fight each other and stay discreet. That helps me get to the end a lot and usually I'll get a good outcome

This game is awesome, if anyone is considering getting this game just get it. Bought it a week and a half ago and already have almost 40 hours on it lol. If you have friends to play with it gets much better too

Yea. I really don't want to wear my earphones since I have glasses on. But I may try it out and see if it helps. I need to work on my common sense tactics too. I stay behind cover all the time in this game. If I am shot, I need to just stop thinking where it's coming from and move to the other side first. Then access.

Like when I get to the last 8 people, i am fine. It's the spread out, last 30 people that gets frustrating. Since people are more spread out and camping in the least expected spots that get me.

I never get killed while running across field.

Had a chicken dinner HANDED TO OUR SQUAD and wasted it, 3 vs 1 and he rekt us. I did shoot the guy 18 times though and I think only 1 or 2 shots registered.

Even during the encounter the other guys were already saying congrats, we won this... just rush him... Guy popped a smoke cause we were fighting bush/tree to bush/tree and was going in and out of it.

Okay I just got this game and it is pretty fun but I am getting terrible fps even though I have an i7 and 1080 Ti. I legit can't buy better hardware to run this game wtf is going on here?

Seems to be a common issue, top end cards seem to perform only very slightly better than midrange. For now it's best to knock back the settings till you get decent results. I get 60+ most of the time out of a 290X, but most cities still kill it. On the upside if you hide in a building facing outwards you can use it to your advantage, you get 80+ FPS looking at grass and trees and anyone coming toward you is going to be hitting the 30's looking at buildings.

i set everything on ultra except foliage and AA to the lowest and i do pretty well with the 1080ti as long as its not in the city.








BIG UPDATE THIS WEEK BOYOS . test server is live too, people posting lots of screenshots of the new guns and car and stuff like that.

bruh even poorly optimized and EA its still better then 90 percent of AAA games out. already have over 100 hours, one of the most fun games ive ever played period on any platform
