Kat serious question. I don't mean to critique you in any way shape or form.

My ex GF has a really small chest (still friends). I didn't mind but her insecurities over them made her lose sex appeal for me. She cannot afford surgery, and probably never will. What's better, that a girl deal with her insecurities so as to not get in the way of relationships and live a more fulfilling life, or that she gets enhancements so she can feel comfortable about her body due it fitting closer to her ideals?

And moreover why did you choose the latter? I hope I'm not prying too much.
I never tell people I'm insecure about my body in person. I'm just truthful online. I can still go out, laugh and have a good time without paying too much attention to my body issues. It would only affect sex if I was having sex with a gym junkie otherwise I have no issues being confident in the bedroom and telling the guy what I do and do not like.

Also, I can afford surgery so I don't see the issue in getting it done. In saying that, I would never get butt implants and I would never get any major lipo because I would never have surgery that would leave scars. I also would never adjust my face, I would only have botox nothing major.

Unfortunately my surgeon made them look super real. I wanted the boobs you are talking about, the ones that do not move and completely round but no I got super natural looking ones and also when you feel them you can't feel the implant. To feel the implant you have push super hard in a certain spot.
