My favorite might be the ghost bulk. Miscer who found out his gf was cheating or some chit so he started making her protein shakes with like 2k calories lmao. Forgot his name.

OMG Ghost bulk was legendary I remember that

I also remember the threads where nervousbrahs would ask for texting advice and they'd have to post pics to get it, then they would post the convo as it unfolded lmao

back then you never checked out page 2 because half of page 1 would end up there by the time you did. And there used to be a music section wtf happened to that, I discovered aesop rock there

I missed all the good times here. Only been into bodybuilding for the last 4-5 years. I’ve read a lot of the past good times and it looked like this place was amazing at one point.
