Anyone else feel like they maybe aren’t letting the boys play as much these playoffs vs. how they usually do? No idea what actual penalty/PP numbers are, but outside of obvious egregious penalties, it feels like some of the more ticky tick stuff is getting called league wide.

You know the Nucks will come out flying tonight. I'm oddly nervous. The Oilers need a couple early to not give them hope. If this goes the distance Vancouver could easily get some garbage goal to take the lead and shut it down from there. Thankfully whatever bug was going around the Oilers sounds like it's on the way out. It was noticeable in interviews with guys like McD and Ekholm how sick they were.

Oilers won't win the cup, book it. The refs aren't going to gift them penalties for all their diving like this in round 3 and ignore their dirty play. They're going to get worked by Dallas just like they got worked by Colorado.

Unless the canucks do a miracle here it's 31 years of no cup for us. Thanks Gary!

PPs were 23 to 20 in favor of Vancouver. Not sure how much more even it will ever get. Reffing has been wildly inconsistent throughout every series. Sportsnet had a good panel with Bieksa and Gazdic on diving in the series. Worth a watch.

Kudos to Dallas. They gave up fuk all in the 3rd. Oilers had their chances early but couldn’t capitalize then got shut down toward the end. Should be a fun series.

Now that Jets are out...I'm rooting for Rangers...Respect to Panthers though they def wont go away. This looks like a 7 game series. Stars will eventually grind out Oilers their PP chances will run out imo.

Rangers Stars Cup final...Honestly, thought Avs were gonna make it, but Stars are too good defensively which is hilarious since Jets were the best defensive team in the regular season, but regular season means fuk all if you can't perform in the playoffs.

Odd thing about him this playoffs is he isn't shutting teams out, or even just holding them to one or two, he has let in some questionable ones too, but more times than not he stops every single puck when the game is on the line.

Rangers top 6 has been a big disappointment but where the heck has Panarin been? Better find out he is playing through 2 broken legs. Seriously, guy has been invisible after a career season.

Well boyos I couldn’t help myself. About to hop on a flight to Edmonton for game 6. Went to game 1 of the LA series and it was awesome but with this being a possible series clincher on a Sunday the city should be a nonstop party all day.

Can’t wait. Just need ticket prices to drop a little more so I don’t have to go hook to be able to afford decent seats.
