ETH is revolutionary.

OMG is a great investment for the long term.

I'm talking short term trading here, no point in trading rupee, unobtainium because they moon as they have no case use at the moment.

I understand 'investment' in coins with potential like stellar lumens, ETH, OMG, NEO etc. I recognize that wouldn't touch crypto if I didn't believe in it.

I just don't think 1208 currencies are necessary and most are just taking advantage of the average brah trying to invest the next 'moon mission' which is gonna be dumped one way or the other by whales.

This whole 'trading' subculture and FOMO is just perpetuated and fueled by people who can manipulate prices because of the sheer amount of btc they have mined for years.

Trying to figure out what to do with WTC. I literally bought about 50k worth at the ATH of 8.70

I’m tired of holding these bags. They are moving to their own blockchain in the next few days but I’m not sure if it’ll even matter price-wise considering this fork coming up.

Any advice brahs?

that's a tough one. Without all the bs fork nonsense WTC should moon with all the updates coming. It could spike briefly when the updates come out but continue downwards. That's what's been happening to coins that have good things going on while this is happening.

Ask yourself, will WTC give you a better return versus BTC? Cuz that's all that matters at the end.

I think the smart ones will delay any good news until after the fork. They know just as well as we do that any good news will likely result in only a short lived pump in the market conditions we're in atm.

Public companies sometimes do this in a market downturn. Since executive bonuses are tied to stock performance, they can use accounting tricks to push profits forward and take losses in the current quarter since good earnings will likely do nothing in a bad market.

They may continue to go down though until the fork. Maybe it would be better to transfer to BTC, make gainz, get B2X, then rebuy WTC.

In the longer run I believe so. I’m talking until the fork. I guess the real decision comes down to:

1. Hodl WTC

or

2. Sell into BTC, collect gainz and B2X, sell back for WTC

I bought at the ATH. If I was in the green this wouldn’t be an issue.

Thoughts bros?

hold it. WTC can gain a dollar in a day easily...

and if you're gonna sell it... do not sell it on a RED day

I should've specified that I meant in the short term until all the nonsense fuks off. WTC will deff have better returns in the long run

I sold some of my WTC yesterday along with some other alts. My guess is alts will continue to bleed until the fork just like last month. Will probably buy in a few days before the fork hopefully at lower prices.

mabye do both but with half of your stack? if you hold both for long enough you may get back the loss.

this is why you diversify your holdings tho, so if btc rises and alts fall you are still riding the curve upwards.

MISC. What I'm sharing below is only for those of you that have spare funds to be a big risk taker. This coin is a complete scam and a pyramid/ponzi scheme, but just because somethings a scam doesn't mean there isn't money to be made.

Please do not invest in this without understanding first what a pyramid and ponzi scheme are:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme

The coin is: EthConnect - basically a rip off of BitConnect
Website (REFERRAL LINK):https://ethconnect.net/ref/tkjmoneyy(I get 8% referrals from this, if you buy into ICO, PM me if you plan on buying into ICO and I can revenue split you 4% each)
NON REFERRAL:https://ethconnect.net

Why am I investing in this?

Just to be clear I am completely against both scheme types, but I'm not so much interested in investing my money into there platform and to see my 1% growth a day via there "trading bot". I am more so interested in the coin that comes with it.

RegalCoin launched a month ago, I looked at their website and I wondered how any dumb person can invest into a coin with this website:https://regalcoin.co/

I quote from the website:
"What is it Regal Coin?
Regalcoin is a cryptocurrency. This currency is like the Dollar, but it is only available in the digital world. The concept may sound like Bitcoin, and is actually not much different from bitcoin."

Not only this but the design is goddamn awful, but guess what happened? This ponzi/pyramid rip off of BitConnect had an ICO at 85 CENTS, it's now trading at $50. It opened onto coin market cap after ICO at $10.
RegalCoin CMC:https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/regalcoin/

These illegal and scammy schemes are making coins that are rocketing in price. Regal opened at 12x its ICO price. I'm expecting even more from this EthConnect, as it will have a 4M market cap once it finishes ICO.

What are the downsides?

This is a ponzi. At any time they can vanish once new users stop coming in and funds run out. Also they could pull an ICO scam and just disappear after ICO.

What are the benefits?

Huge gains. Not from the actual ponzi but from the coin that comes along with it. RegalCoin is currently 60x ICO price in a month.

I am cautious to post this and will probably get alot of hate from people who are into the tech of crypto and not the monetary gain. If you decide to go into this please be careful and only invest what you're prepared to loose.

I am going to invest into this ICO expecting to loose the money. I will count it as a write off. But if somehow they don't exit scam the ICO then this will moon rocket, if you buy into this you should be doing so with the same mindset.
Mmmglobal seem to be behind both this and bitconnect and the 2 sites are virtually identical, makes me pretty confident they won't just run off after ICO after seeing how much bitconnect is making why would they run with just a few million dollars? Probably going to put a fair ammount into this

lmao tf
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

This is also why I take the argument that "if X is valued so high, Y should have no problem reaching that high", with a grain of salt.
