I would honestly like to see an average days diet for OP. I'm curious about how many kcals he had to eat to get that big. I get stuck at a obese 240 MAX, I can't break it, I'm constantly bloated even after a full nights sleep, I have to force feed and even then it's just maintaining. I eat at least 5k cals a day, and I cut out lots of non processed foods just to get in the kcals.

Op plz show a couple days worth of you average diet was like. Also you will definitely lose strength mate , being that big you have lots of leverage in your corner, just that alone will lose you quite a few pounds on each lift, hell, once you drop the water weight the first couple weeks or so you should lose a little bit of strength. Just do your best to keep as much of it as possible.

If I was you I would've cut at the first pic. If you should've cut then, imagine how long you'll be cutting now!

All that fat gain just to "waste" time cutting it right back off.

Gl OP, I know you'll make it, we're all gonna make it. just whenever you think about having that hamburger or something sweet, remember about how many phuckers you could prove wrong in this topic (already 12pages+), it'll be worth it. keep us posted.

wtf OP, you idiot. First off, you were not lean enough to begin with to bulk at 185, and now you are dangerously overweight and very unhealthy. Get your chit together man, good god.

I gained 51 pounds in a year and 4 months when I first started lifting and ended up waking up with the ceiling spinning and going to the hospital with a blood pressure at 210 over 110. I have crebral palsy and walk with crutches so most of that was gained in my upper body. I think i almost had a stroke a few days before that too. The doctor said i gained too much weight too fast and my heart couldnt keep up. I hope this guy doesnt end up like I did.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.
