Physique matters.

You don't have to be jacked as fuk but you cant get some girls while being a skinny ****(like me) or a fat fuk. Sure I still get laid off my face but I guarantee it would be easy to get high quality puss if I got an athletic body that filled out my shirts better.

Most guys who spout that "why this when its all about that" chit for getting women are either FA, autistic around women, or don't go out to the bars/clubs regularly where it's easy to meet single good looking women if you aren't fugly and have the right attitude.

I don't go out to the clubs (not about that life) but I've seen lots of average/below average guys on that dyel time coming from the club with hot chicks walking around the city at night. They're usually with several friends which tells me they have high social value.

Funny thing is the dudes who obviously lift are the ones I regularly see walking around by themselves

Not only is physique (more specifically, waist-to-shoulder ratio) a significant indicator of attraction in and of itself, but a good physique has a huge halo effect on personality, status and even face; all of which are indicators of attraction. Not to mention the self-esteem boost a good physique gives to the owner. A good body (read: good, not huge) also draws respect from other males and some females that are fitness inclined, which indirectly raise your status and opens up social circles. You low IQ motherfckers can't seem to compute basic nuances in the way things are, and reduce things down to black and white like autistics.

Also the desire to obtain/maintain a good physique indirectly makes the owner more likely to want to achieve a lower bodyfat level of 10-12% which is attractive in and of itself, and affects the facial aesthetics for the better too. Also the exercise and dieting is both likely to improve the skin complexion of the owner (which heavily factors into facial attractiveness) and to improve the mental state of the owner which is vital to a healthy sex life. I guarantee you an average person will not pull as many girls during a depressive phase than otherwise.

And how many people who use anecdotal evidence are actual below 12% BF? A guy who is jacked but has 18+% BF is not going to be more attractive to sloots than a normal in shape guy. Those who talk about face, well yes of course that's the biggest factor and that is exactly why a shredded guy would be more attractive because of a sculpted face without even taking body into account. I have seen many examples of people who at only 14-15% have chubby cheeks or simply are't very lean in the face, go up a solid 2-3 points when their face is chiseled. Yes obviously they have to have the features in the first place but even most people will go up at least a point.

I have a lot of mates who are skinny fat or 15% over and don't lift at all, they look pre bad to someone who lifts but they still slay girls all the time. However my mates who are 20-25% BF or over never heard them slay chit. 1 of my mates is downright retarded (not really but stupid af) and slays the most, girls think he lifts when he's skinnyfat drinks all the time and isn't that great socially either. It's all having a low bf % and not being a complete uggo.

I've actually asked my girlfriend and her friends and the common consensus is Josef rakich, John Skywalker and Marc Fitt have the best bodies in the game for female attention.

I always pull more chicks when im low 80kg than when I am 95kg because its all about that small waist and V shape.
