This is why I will never be at the level of some of you guys heheh, I would never be willing to give up cheat meals or booze for a very extended amount of time. That is a very tough situation, not sure what I would do either given your situation. I'm going to hit the sack soon, have a good night bud.

Trannie works. Srs. I actually think it's hilarious half of misc probably still think I have a dink. Like the whole cookie thing, is she black or is she not black.
Maintaining the physique is no issue it's getting it back that's the hard part. My job now is easy mode but to be good at it I need to be mentally sharp and cheery. Each sales process is about 3 hours of me basically being a dancing monkey to get paid. Throughout it I literally recite a 15 page script and turn it into a conversation. It's not easy. I can't do that in a calorie deficit. I tend to get really quiet and antisocial when I'm cutting which is the opposite of what I need for my current job. I love the job though I have so much free time and I actually like most of my customers. Had I already cut back down before taking the job I'd probably never leave. But I have 30 lbs or so I need to drop that would undoubtedly crush my performance. I might just go work a less social job and get lean and then give it another shot. I know for my personal life this isn't cutting it. When you hold yourself up to a certain standard for years on end and are know for being that person it's hard to drop below it.

30 pounds to get back to your Avi? Not eating enough food and being hungry is no joke. I am one of those people that get hangry too. You're still pretty young though so you have time to decide which path you want to take, be it lean out or focus on making money. My bf is kind of in the same situation, started a new job that's too time consuming. I saw him last weekend and asked if he was bloated. The hurt in his eyes. Sometimes I think you guys put too much pressure on yourself to always be a certain size. It's really ok to take it easy for a year or two.

That's what a lot of people have told me and tbh it's great to hear but it's more of a pride thing. I had put my heart and soul into building that physique and just knowing I had accomplished it and got to wear it as a sort of badge of horror was amazing, even though it did cut down the partying and food it was worth it to me. It teaches you some crazy discipline and people just respect you for it. You are treated differently. I definitely know the feeling your bf had. My best friend, not even a girl said damn dude you put on some weight and it felt like a a knife to the hert. It's like throwing away 7 years of hard work for a couple bucks. Tbh I may just go work at amazon for a bit and focus all of my energy into getting back to where I was and take it from there Sorry I'm ranting too lol it's just been bothering me and I haven't really said anything. Drank too much bourbon tonight haha

lol I usually don't drink it but it was 10 bucks. Mostly I'm a jack or crown kind of guy.
