Day 9. Girls are looking very nice today. Hard not to stare. Probably gonna clean up dinner mess and go to bed & wake up early. Got a nice workout and a lot done today. i just want to fuk so bad. Good job on the quitting alcohol. I promised myself I'd quit but I took my new truck out for a drive Sunday and ended up stopping at a small bar on the beach for "just one pint" which turned into 3. Was good to socialize but not gonna do it again hopefully. Stay strong

day 9, part of a major problem for me is me and my gf are going through a rough patch where she doesnt want to be physical and its really, REALLY fuking with me because I have no release. I will get turned on by being with her only to get shot down and no escape.

Day 11. Doing everything I can to have a lot of energy throughout the day (good diet, exercise, coffee, sleep, 20 min nap in afternoon) so I can stay very busy the entire time I am awake.

I've been very productive and it keeps my mind off any naughty thoughts for the most part
