Below 90-92 is when you should strongly consider going to the ER

Damn homie....hit me in the feels. Going to a hospital in NY right now almost seems like a double-edged sword. I really feel for you. Get better bro.

There´s a lot of people in New York calling 911 because they have trouble breathing, but don´t be afraid to call if you need assistance. Better to call one too many times. There´s a lot of people going through the same right now.

Take a deep breath in, hold it for a sec, fully exhale, then count to 30 quickly out loud. I was able to count uninterrupted without gasping so apparently I’m below the threshold for needing oxygen.
Gonna check in with this doc every day from now on just to make sure I’m okay and don’t need more immediate medical attention.

A lot more respiratory symptoms, my lungs have been burning for the last few hours. Breathing is okay for now but I keep getting spells of lightheadedness so something is going on.
Maybe it is okay (hope so), but if you are accumulating fluid in your lungs you do not want to wait and see on this. EMS is slammed AFAIK and I doubt your GF could carry you down to a cab.

In the meantime, if you're having some difficulty breathing, try to lay down on your belly (prone position) and see if that helps.
