it will not, there's a massive supply shortage, every year the goal post moves to next 2 to 3 years, come back in 2026 and you'll hear more of the same bs from opie and his ilk as they get closer to living in a van down by the river.

Wife is an agent, best friend took over the 40+ year highly successful family home building business, brother and BIL are both successful builders for nearly 20 years, tons of friends in the industry, and I myself dabble a bit more on the property development / investment side.

Industry wide, across all markets and demographics, everything is up. Especially since 21. Nothing is 30% less than a year ago, and especially not less than 2 years ago unless it was some wild outlier that was egregiously overpriced and they put some BS "just reduced" stamp on it to bring it back to reality.
