At this point, Jimmy G played well enough last season to keep him on for 1 more season. Trey Lance isn't ready.

Carolina maybe? Newton/Darnold/Walker aren't it. And theres not really a top QB in this draft.

I dont know how much the Panthers would like to give up, but I think thats his best spot.

I also think Jimmy G stays put as they need to make sure Lance is ready.
