Yeah I don't disagree there. A target like that does kinda lend itself more to the rumored 2B pipe deal than Equinox. Guess we'll find out someday.

I bought 400 more warrants at 1.80 bringing me to 1500 $2.66 dca. Sold my June calls and tried to buy September calls instead but didn’t get them before they jumped.

Also Ackman supposedly taking universal music public with a valuation of 40B. Not sure if that’s good or not?

Entirely depends on valuation for PSTH. Could be solid but the rumored 40B is overpaying by about 10B if you compare it directly to Warner Bros music.

Like I said, completely dependant on the valuation. If you compare it to Warner Bros and Sony its fairly valued around 3x-3.5x earnings which would be less than 30B @7B revs. 40B would leave little room to run.

Am I misremembering or did SRNG not file with the SEC to use remaining funds of their spac to acquire a 2nd company if their first spac didn't need the full trust and the SEC said not a fukin chance....?

No ragrets srs. I would buy the dip but I already have a decent amount of shares and saving my cash for other opportunities.

Downside is the opportunity cost in the current bull market. I put 25% into this to diversify my portfolio further, will be part of my blue chip boomer/retirement/dividend portfolio to withstand a bear market.

This is definitely not a high growth/momentum play, so not expecting 50-100% pop like the old SPAC days or AMC/GME/BB, etc. I am expecting maybe 10-20% YoY boomer style.
Sounds like a good chunk of the purchase is Viventi corporate debt and that's why they're offloading at a discount.

The irony is that I was almost 6figs green at one point on IPOF+ and diamond handed into oblivion lmao. Was +73Kusd at one point on my warrants. Ah well its just money.
