Company basically can make any building materials. They are almost fireproof (class A) not fragile like hardy board, were starting with siding and roofing material. Cheaper than hardy board,cheaper than wood. Can make it look like whatever you want.

After those take off we get into all kinds of building materials, marketed towards extreme climate zones ( water or fire risk)
