Starting with roofing and siding specifically for wildfires. Ive personally dealt with about 40 of them just from debris falling on cedar shake or asphault and igniting the house.

My friends working with me on getting my ass back in gear, but hes got me on full fat mode 200P 310C 75F … feels wierd eating that much

Thats what im worried about… those are the 2 week start amounts for his plan but its almost double my normal calories for cutting. The only good thing I see is its forcing me to goto the gym lots cause im thinking its too many cals

Just how many social media apps are you all using to stay in touch? I count at least 4 so far. Scrolled through and I’m glad to see everyone is doing fairly well and moving on up the food chain.

idk about any. whatapp is the only way i knew how to get in touch with these guys, thats just texting tho. if thats social media than so is iMessage. ohh and yahoo fantasy football app
