Don't have to pay income tax on TFSA gains here so I don't have to worry about it.

They were likely flagged as day traders. I wouldn't meet that criteria.

This is pretty sad though for the state of the economy

Yeah I see it all the time on reddit people who are like 40 complaining that they just NOW can't afford a home.....but have zero saved. Like bruh if houses were 100K you still couldn't put a deposit down. People just like to complain I've noticed.

I think the majority of people out here just go to the bank and open a TFSA there and think theyre making a good financial decision making 1% tax free a year.

Even people who I'm friends with who are actually really smart have absolutely no idea. Everyone in high-school should be shown a compounding interest equation of a small lump sum compounding for 30yrs @ SP500 avg return.

1. SPAC existed for like 3 weeks…. They did the entire deal in 3 weeks?
2. Guy behind the SPAC is from Wuhan China??? Are you for freaking real? And who exactly contributed to this 100 million SPAC??
3. Like you said 4x volume day before announcement. Nothing odd there…

hell naw. I'm probably not starting to sell until at least $4. I really think the shares themselves could double if/when their antibodies are approved. You know what that means for warrants. I'm up to 14k warrants. I somehow got 2k of them for $1.01 after hours.

Hoping ticker change to SABS will generate more buying Monday. Everything is kinda 50/50 till approval for the antibodies.


What is truly crazy to me is that shares doubling brings the cap up to like $700 million... If the company gets bid up to unicorn status that would mean shares trade at $30... food for thought.

Seems like spac sentiment is starting to turn green again. There were some pretty substantial sympathy pumps on Friday from DWAC. Volume across the whole sector has been trending up as well.
