^Rumor Tug is that Here card- the Euro automaker's version of google maps- is going public via SPAC. Could also potentially be ETAC maybe? No idea how good of a target it even is...

Oh well, serves me right for jumping into something I have no clue about. Threw in a small 2k for fun. Shifted my focus more on the crypto side since beginning of the year. Crypto gains are humiliating my stock gains from last year.

Yeah I just held and I'm into the positives now. Miniscule. 31 shares at $66, it's around $73 now.

Impossible funding round at 7B means it'll likely cost a SPAC 10B+ to take them public. Not likely for a 400M SPAC like JCIC but not *Impossible*.

Warrants have a strike of $11.50. Intrinsic value would be $11.50 at that price. Usually when price action gets into the deep teens low $20s intrinsic value lags slightly however.

Yup market cap doesn’t matter. Except it’s super low (200m or so maybe 250m). And only 2-3 million shares available in the float. Any good news will send it ripping. Just a buy with a $23 price target did this. Imagine when their antibodies are approved. X10 on the stock moves market cap to $2-2.5 billion which isn’t that crazy really. $100 share means warrants $70 or 80. Not that I think that will necessarily happen but $20-30 warrants seems plausible to me.

$100M cash on hand too btw.

$50+ warrants and I’m quitting my job.

can someone tell me if DWAC is going to have to worry about Pipe Investors? I don't want something happening to me that happened with Lucid. I missed out on buying 50 extra Lucid shares at a major discount and bought a few days earlier at a higher price.
