Physique doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Women will find something attractive about you as long as you're not obese or grotesquely muscular.

it definitely means something. imo, the best look is to have an above average body with some muscle. most girls dont like extremely jacked guys, they actually get creeped out by it, chit even i think being huge and shredded is weird.

The point OP is missing is that no one can improve their facial appearance, but you can improve your physique and go from a 6 to a 7 and so on. Obviously, if you are born with 10/10 facial aesthetics you don't "need" lift. While most bodybuilders start with intention of impressing women, almost all continue to lift after getting a gf/wife because it's not ALL about impressing women.

I've never had a washboard in my life and I've always done ok.

Do I still lift? Sure, but I don't think it's the key to getting women.

Guy in second photo while do not have much of muscle he have aesthetic BODY FRAME. Women care about BODY FRAME not about geared muscle. In same way how man care about women BODY FRAME not about silicon boobs or big muscle at women. Guy in first photo have aesthetic body frame and face but guy in second photo is extremely aesthetic in face and aesthetic body frame.
Women are attracted to good genetics not to big muscle same way as man is attracted to tall athletic frame in women, not silicone boobs.

The only reason to lift is so that you don't look like an anorexic ******* when you cut to 10% for the facial aesthetic gains. That's literally it. High prominent cheekbones, dimples and a diamond jaw is what its all about.

Alright I'll lay a little more truth on you guys.

As most of you know I've been involved in more than one swinging relationship in my life.

Do you know how many times my partner would see an online profile of a pretty ripped and somewhat jacked guy and go yum? Tons.

You know how many they had sex with or were willing to meet the couple? ZERO!!! Once these guys send a face pic it's over and almost all of them the face doesn't match the body and a lot of the guys in great shape are 5'9 or shorter.

They always say why can't they be like you? Even tho I'm average in every way.

went to the beach with my cousin who's shredded. I'm not shredded but i'm big and have a 4 pac. at 14-15 percent body fat. Had a group of girls honk at us and even had three females who were friends come up to us and strike a conversation. Already started texting one of her and have a date set up later tonight. You ****ing low life nerds will never understand this feeling or experience because you're all losers who've never been shredded or lift. You try to come on here to preach things you don't know about because you'll never have the will power or mental strength to ever be jacked. Physique means sheet loads to girls. But a common misconception is that if you make gym your lifestyle and even use celltech you gonna look great. Unfortunately, that's not always the case, just like with facial aesthetics you have to have good genetics and proportions to have that "get sloots wet " look.
Wide shoulders and even more important small waist is a must, just like good chest bicep and abs insertions. Small bones also a must to look aesthetic even with large muscle mass.
Wide waist and hips alongside narrow shoulders and thick bones= NO giggly eyes from girls no matter how shredded you are.
