Finally getting at least 50-70fps after reinstalling my windows and activating them with a key i bought from ebay. Not sure what the issue was before that i only managed to get max 30fps with gtx 1060 but now its fixed. I can finally enjoy the game.

Its the game itself. Very laggy with FPS spikes

I think they were supposed to fix it in todays patch, havnt been on to test how it is.

the game doesnt look terrible even on low. its not bad at that setting. decent enough frame rates from 30 - 80fps. more so in the middle area. should have had a video going of me trying to avenge positive crew after getting punched ko'd in a minute. i went after the dude and he had no idea. i was throwing hay makers left and right at his back and chase him up steps swinging. still none land and his team mate kills me. dude had no idea wtf was going on.



we should be able to keep some of the gear or all of it. what do you get after winning? just chicken dinners and extra money?

PISSED, had a guilly suit and made it to top 4, then died trying to craw into the new circle trying to be stealth, late stages your health drops FAST after the zone goes past you, didn't realize I would be full health to dead in like 2-3 seconds. Was literally like a foot away from new circle

So is the key to this game just camping? The first few rounds I played I immediately got rekt. Found that the tactic to use is loot until you find a rifle and scope. Then just hide somewhere and pick off people who are fighting each other from a distance. It feels pretty cheap tbh but seeing pretty good results from it. Because when I was just ramboing I would get taken out instantly by people I couldn't even see. I hope the game introduces some mechanics to discourage hardcore camping.

well you can't really camp in a place very long because of the circle unless you get lucky

you can camp but when a fire fight breaks out you won't know wtf to do so try to mix it up sometimes so you get better at shooting. A general tactic is to find out where the cars hard spawn at, jump to one and take off to far side of map to loot in peace then head back in to the circle.

^This. I'm still **** at getting kills but I'm awesome at getting geared up. There is a fenced in couple of buildings to the east which almost always have good gear, and the city in the middle to the far north is usually a good start if the plane doesn't pass over it.

There's no doubt in my mind that the M4 is the best weapon in the game you just need to get the add ons for it.

I just got a 10 kill chicken dinner I can't believe I ****ing won. I dropped off in mylta solo because my squad wanted ot drop in military base.

squad dies in military base. 2 squads land in mylta and i only have a ****ing shotty and clear that town out lmao.

then ride around in a buggy went to the cricle and found an m4 with a 4x scope in a warhouse. there was a sniper in the ****ing hill and i 2 shooted this guy in the head from far as phuck. i can't believe it.

m4 is the best rifle in the game EASILY if you have the stock for it. i was still amazed i 2 shotted that guy lmao.

then just slowly killed everyone with this m4.

I was about to post something about this. I've noticed, and it might just be coincidence, but it seems there are a lot less rifles around. Seems like all I find now is shot guns, umps and uzis.

Also WTF is with this vehicle sh!t. I've died twice from rolling over in a vehicle, doesn't make any sense. Both times I was in the UAZ, rolled over and instantly died saying I got ran over, when I was still in the UAZ.

only played a couple of games since patch and havent had prob gearing up. though i did see some streamers having to rock an uzi as primary mid game lol.

I was wondering what was going on with the loot. I went through most of the game without finding a backpack.

I guess it could be a good thing. Make the gunplay more interesting.

Did they also add more mandatory foliage even at lowest settings? The previous empty fields seem to have more minimum foliage now.

Now everybody has folliage and no more dropping settings to super low for tactical advantages.

Might've countered the optimization purpose. Haven't noticed much change in fps maybe due to adding the minimum foliage. The rollbacked patch in week 2 still goat.

Does anybody notice a rise in their CPU temps when playing this game? This is the only game that will raise my temps by 20 degrees for one match.

LMAO i swear the easiest way to rack up kill sis go to the crates at I think GL. landon the roof get a shotgun and camp the stairs

i just solo squad and went ot he crater myself vs 2 squads who landed there. got 7 kills lmao.

Are the supply drops worth going after? Because I always figured it was a good way to get yourself killed trying to fight over them. Hrmm I might just post up nearby and shoot at people running towards it.
