Its calorie dense which means you're getting more than enough calories to utilize the full benefits of the protein in the meat. Also, cholesterol from dietary fats in animal products are the backbone of testosterone synthesis in the body.Meat only slows gains and causes cancer, no thanks jeff.
You don't have to understand this concept map. All you should get from it is the initial product (upper left) introduced to the pathway, and the final product (lower right) produced.

You're not going to get that from avocado and hummus.

I'm 100% sure I googled how long we've been eating meat for and everything was saying our ancestors have been eating it for millions of years (well over 60 million) but that was a while ago will google it again..

VEGETARIAN
You're arguing for veganism, these are studies about vegetarians, the majority of which still eat milk cheese eggs and sometimes fish. Noone has a problem with vegetables and fruits (or vegetarians). The argument here is the unrealistic expectations of the vegan lifestyle.

I have been blessed with these bones in my mouth, so I shall eat meat. Eating some perfectly cooked lamb chops or a perfectly cooked medium steak are two of my favorite things on this planet. **** off.
Went to Fogo De Chao a few weeks ago. Highly recommended if you don't mind spending some money.
The vegans who are vegan for moral reasons are the worst. Same people who splurge on materialistic items such as an iphone that are made exploiting the lack of labor laws in Asia... these factories literally have suicide nets to keep them from just killing themselves.

If you want to come in with animal suffering then fine thats a real debate.
If you want to come in with its healthier for you LOL its not. No evidence and no advantage to limiting your diet. Maybe vegitarian but vegan? Especially for infants/ children they are often treated for severe malnutrition when forced into a vegan diet by bad parents.
No1 says to eat meat all day. Eating some fish and eggs >>>>> vegan bs

The fats in meat allowed for better brain development and cognition, and the calorie denseness of meat allowed us to survive harsh condition and long periods without food. Neanderthals would not have survived the Ice Age if they were strict vegans.

I am veg but I pay 3-4x as much for eggs from chickens that have room to roam. I use almond milk instead of cow's milk in my smoothies. I use pea protein instead of whey protein. I still eat cheese from cows that are mistreated because it's just difficult to avoid but I'd like to cut that out at some point. I eat seafood sometimes. If I order something without meat and they still put meat on it, I eat the meat. I'm not changing the demand for it by leaving it for the trash and I'm not a nazi about the health impacts of a single piece of meat. It would just be a waste of food at that point. I encourage others to make conscious decisions about their diets rather than to just instantly respond with something like "vegans is cucks."

Human dentition is evidence of a longstanding carnivorous element to our diet.
No, we don’t have the specialized carnassial or shearing teeth of full-time predators, but out canine and incisor teeth are certainly not ideal for eating strictly vegetation.
Regardless, vegan or not, you need your macros to live/lift/grow.
Meat just tastes too damn good for me to give up, but I understand not wanting to kill animals.

I feel veganism is the greater evil when compared to a meat-eating culture.
Imagine if the whole world went vegan. Think about how much agriculture needs to be expanded to make it work. Now think about the amount of insect life that would perish due to farming machinery and pesticides. It doesn't take a mathematician to understand that agriculture murders astronomical quantities of insect lives when compared to animal deaths from factory farming.
If all living beings are truly equal, then a vegan society would have much more blood on their hands.
