Aqib Talib says Diggs is going to be a star. A WR playing CB.

Can't remember the last time this team had a CB that actually tried to make plays on the ball. T-New/Jenkins/Scandrick/Byron/Carr/ all were content with PD's. And Claiborne was supposed to be that guy the break the trend.

I'll live with Marcus Peters play at CB. Can't just let QB's make throws with no fear of an INT.
