I would hate to be a cop in these times but cops should be required to have a 4 year degree minimum, and spend 6+ months in academy. Also higher pay too.

Giving people a badge and gun after a month course is retarded.

Not sure about weight but it should be on the opposite side of your body. You don't carry a gun and taser right next to each other.

Not sure if it's been brought up, but it is required to declare TAZER when you are about to user your tazer, thus her shouting it. She's not a pokemon shouting her attack name or whatever


What's awful is that I believe this was 100% a pure accident, but due to the clown world climate we will see her vilified. Even if she doesn't get in legal trouble, she will be persecuted and possibly even hunted down. She will always have to look over her shoulder. Awful.

What's even worse, is that this will be another faux martyr. Here's a kid with a criminal history of illegal carry, and fleeing from cops, and look wtf happened...

Agreed. I'm sure it was an accident. They need way more training and funds to train imo. I'm not a cop but if it's anything like military training - it's just a check in the box to say that training was held.

They should be put in mock situations like this where they have to think fast about whether to use a gun, pepper spray or taser and know exactly where they're located on their kit.

Mistakes could still happen but they can be way better prepared.

A military officer on the morning news called it "muscle memory" when you do things in the service without having to think through the steps, automatic thinking.
We use muscle memory on a BB site a bit differently.

This is what happens when you have to hire people according to quota rather than qualifications. BRB woman cop that mistakes a gun for a tazer. BRB a black cop that doesn't know how to properly cuff and arrest someone.

It's still Dante's fault for being a deviant and resisting arrest, though.

It's a common term used to describe repetitive movements that just become engrained like swinging a golf club or shooting a basketball, throwing a baseball etc...

As I said in a previous post, innocent men who get pulled over do not act up or be combative with the police...if a guy is not complying, 100% of the time he is a criminal who is running from a warrant, or running from being identified to his crimes. This kid was running from the 20+ years he was facing for previous crimes, plus staring at more time for not honoring the conditions of his release ($100,000 bond) by fukking around with guns and drugs.

At the time that they were cuffing him, his identity and warrants were known to the officers.
