Secondly, I used the 50% statistic because the left always claims that they just want "representation", and that companies should "represent" the country/communities in which they exist. They furthermore point to examples of percentage and claim that certain groups are "under represented" based on their % in the population vs their % on staff at the company. Somehow it's always ok if we have MORE of certain groups, just not LESS than their overall demographic % in the country at large.

Funny you should bring up Asians, because Harvard and other Ivy League schools actually keep Asians out because they are "over represented". Because Asians are smart, and work hard. So there's "too many" according to the woke DEI leftards that run these schools. Pretty sure the Harvard situation was recently ruled on by SCOTUS because they're violating the Constitution by preventing people from applying/entering based on race. Which is DEI. Which is racist. Black people are 13% of the US population, yet my group has ~50% black "representation" (to include my manager, who has DEI parephanalia right on her desk). So yeah, DEI is bull****. That means getting rid of DEI, getting rid of affirmative action, stopping COVID immunotherapy availability based simply on skin color which prioritizes black people, stopping COVID relief for black farmers only, stopping US Bank's racist lower interest rate to black people, fining business that choose to display "black owner/operated" signs on products so people can choose to buy simply based on skin color, stopping the governmental programs that give lower home interest rates to black people, stopping Capital One's racist grant program for black only business start ups and obviously fining anyone who chooses to discriminate against any color skin, removing governmental aid to cities that push for more lenient sentence for black offenders due to 'higher rates of black imprisonment', fining any business that hires based on color quotas rather than merit.
