Yeah, console people would have a way different outlook on the game if it ran better on last gen consoles. Game is on another level on PC. Smooth from what I understand on next gen consoles though.

It's not a bad game, but definitely was overhyped and you can tell they really ****ed up considering they had almost a decade to build this. Way too many aspects of the game feel mediocre and not fleshed-out.

I heard after Keanu was signed on they had to go back and rewrite almost the whole story, I'm wondering if that's true and if that's where a lot of things started to fall apart.

Feels like a half-baked hybrid of Fallout and GTAV rather than anything resembling Witcher 3.

Also, I HATE how everyone calls you on the phone for missions/gigs. That reminds me way too much of GTAV/GTO, and not in a good way (all those ****ing spam calls you get just from signing into that game trying to get you to buy shark cards for the new warehouses/MC/whatever the hell).

Some blue RT-46 Burya that shoots 2 bullets per shot I found at lvl 4 that still does more damage than any weapon I’ve found since (currently lvl 32)

BRB 15k crits and all my points went into tech so my handgun skill is capped at 6 without sky handgun perks

Currently using the Skippy talking handgun though for some variety but it’s lame because it does 1/10th the damage and eats bullets like crazy

First play through it was the rare iconic tech rifle 'Achilles'. Played on hard difficulty and noticed a big difference in dispatching enemies. Was also pretty under leveled.
Now currently on second playing through on Very Hard and the Legendary Mantis blades are 1-3 shotting everything so far. I feel like an Astartes Terminator with thunder claws cleansing Xenos. Have the jump cyberware which makes it cooler. Still need to get Berserk cyberware.

I think even the random prostitutes sex scenes in Witcher 3 are better then Cyberpunk's. And that sex scene at the end of the Heart of Stone DLC…why do I have the weirdest boner right now?

Found an epic RT-46 and it does more damage than the legendary version I craft, by a hell of a lot too. Switched to Chaos (the Iconic version of Overture revolver) since once upgraded all the way it is very close, still less though, but looks so much more bad ass.

Yupp. The itemization of this game, which is the very core of an rpg, is a complete mess. Games 20+ years old like Diablo 2 are light years ahead of this still. Cdpr had so many successful loot driven rpg’s to learn from and we got the same 20 weapons at different rarities and that’s about it

But I guess cyberpunk is a story driven rpg not a loot driven one….with a 92% linear story. L. O. L.

Anyways, I started up Immortals Fenyx Rising since somebody gifted it to me and
1) it looks better on ps5 than cyberpunk does. By a lot.
2) is already more fun in the first 20 min because the combat feels nice and fluid

I haven’t had the slightest desire to continue cyberpunk so I’m done for now. Maybe I’ll check it out again after another 100gb of patches
