6 weeks old and crying. Looking like he won't be a manlet, top 99% height.

He will learn when he stops crying. Which frustrates my wife because I just look at him when he cries and she keeps telling me to console him. That's just not me.

Business is picking up again, I hired a new employee and I got a free mentor from the SBA SCORE program. He's actually really helpful and has good business advice.

You should definitely look into Deiveson Figueiredo pet-buffalo-wrestling cross training:

Glad to hear your kid is thriving and business is picking up. Also, you should troll your doctor and insist that, until he can stand up, your kid be measured for length rather than height. I look forward to your eventual purchase of a minivan.

So my job is in serious demand right now. I'm getting spammed with offers some significant pay increases. These are smaller companies and Im skeptical about how much job security they'd have but I should at least take these to my current employer and ask for a raise right?

Most definitely yes.

We are at the lowest unemployment situation in American history, and probably the lowest it will be in our lifetime.

I’ve never been in a situation where there’s such a demand for labor with such a low willing supply.

For the most part - if anybody tells me what I’m going to pay them, that’s what they get....

We will give as much revenue as I have labor supply for- and significantly more than pre-covered revenue.

If you don’t ask and let them get away with it they will- but most likely have absolutely no choice but to pay you.

Get ready for inflation

Demand is industry and skill specific- but for all of those there doesn’t seem to be any willing crossover supply - such his occupation seems to be in demand , there will prob be no supply - thus feel free to lay on some hustle

So to get us to stop quitting my employer is giving an extra $1,500 a week in bonuses....which put me in a higher tax bracket so most of it is going to the IRS.

In conclusion, fuk the government

Lol @ not using creative accounting to hide your income or running a cash business so you can spend the excess on coca cola and strippers instead of giving it to the government to pay for tranny sausage surgery. Seriously just lol.

Start a consulting company, you don't even need to incorporate. Try to earn income, you don't have to earn it, just try.

File schedule c section 179 deduction/depreciation for assets used 50% or more consulting.

Lower your tax bracket.

I finally found "my" alcohol.

I was always jealous that people had their specific alcohol drinks that they liked. My sense of taste is extremely dull, so I never found one I liked for me. Some people like craft beers or certain tequila, I've always felt out of place ordering drinks and just bought whatever anybody else did.

When I hit 21, I used to order 7 and 7s because that's what my dad did. Then I tried scotch neat because that was my father in law. I bought McAllens a lot because I knew people that said it was good.

I finally can say Guiness is my drink. I enjoy it, I don't try to get drunk, I look forward to the taste and I'm Irish. I had one in Ireland when I was 14 with my grandparents, it took me twenty years to circle back to it.

What's your favorite alcoholic drink?

I just can’t really get into the drinking alcohol thing

I do it 3-4 times a year.- on specific social occasions.

I don’t like my mind being altered at any point, and not be in peak condition to defend my family if attacked.

Lol I did a few shots one night at the beginning of Covid when my salary went down, then eventually went to $0 for a bit- while I was still working.....

First, seems unlikely that most of it goes to the IRS, isn't the top US tax bracket 37%? Second, can't you make some kind of tax deductible savings to your 401K?

Good luck with that. Pretty sure his GF will be moving in at the end of her lease.
My guess is he’s like his dad at that age, and will stone cold dump her at some point.

Then have to live with the reality of seeing his casualty every day, and visualizing the depression.

Western media truly is horrible. This happened in my hometown today. Next to the port. Civilian area. 2 jets, 2 explosions. Western media saying it was a fire in a firecrackers depot. Firecrackers...

My house is 10 miles away and the doors were blown off. The rest of the house is in pretty bad shape too. 10 miles away firecrackers.

Consensus seems to be "we don't know" rather than firecrackers.
