Place is hanging on by a thread (pun), I pretty much just hit some subscribed threads. The days of hitting new posts and finding something juicey has beome so rare. This thread sucks so much compared to the old days, the cast of characters we had and the off topic discussion was so good.

I’d check the highlights for the caps game. Leipsic had the game of his life and a brawl ensued after he wrecked two ducks guys in a row that lead to a goal. Hathaway jumped in as well as JC74. Even outside of this game, that fourth line is juicy. They’ll be clutch come the playoffs. Would toss Carolina around this year.

Flames two weeks away from being in the bottom 5 in the NHL.

On one hand, fuk.

On the other hand, tank the season out and pray to the almighty that we can snag Byfield or Lafrenière and then come back next year with a re-vamped defence and bottom 6.

don't think it really matters. maybe they get some kind of boost with a fresh start but that team's depth and defense has to be fixed through player personnel, which is easier said than done. i think they'll make the playoffs but i can't see them going on any type of run.

It's been pretty entertaining - Nunes was told to his face that he's linked to Lev Parnas - one of the indicted associates of Giuliani - the guy who helped arrange meetings and calls in Europe for Nunes in 2018. Calls and meetings which were supposed to help Nunes’ investigative work. Parnas linked Trump, Giuliani, and Pence to tying military aid to an investigation of Joe Biden. He's in the thick of it too. His face was lulzy.

****in hell, the Canucks performance across the board is a zero-sum game. When we were dominating 5v5 we couldn't score 5v4 for ****. Now that we've money on the PP we get reamed 5v5. What a frustrating team. At least unlike years past it's fun to watch them try...
