thought it went the other way for sure, but it was close enough I cant call it a robbery. though Max controlled the fight and the cage all fight really. He had volk going backwards way more than he went backwards. Thought overall he won the striking.

How long have you watched the UFC? Take downs have always been more highly regarded than strikes. They have tried to tweak this but wrestling always score more points. It's why people point to a fighter's damaged face when they are unhappy with a decision.

ya you can argue he won all the rounds but there was no signature anything. All he did was leg kick him basically, didn't do much else. Wasn't a convincing win at all. Personally thought Max 4 and 5 of that fight.

how are yall going to give max the fight, when Volk was the fukking champion but he was the one pushing forward and moving strong at the last round? Yall telling me you srsly think max wanted that?

Either way it was a chit fight on both ends. Not a championship level fight, which shows where the division is at. Not an impressive division at all. Compare this fight to Yan vs Aldo where they both put it all on the line. Both fighters left and they werent even breathing heavy. Neither one deserved to win in my opinion but I'm glad Volk won because Max was acting like he was the champion defending the belt and not taking that chit back.

The 2 wmma fights tonight were both better than this fight and this was suppose to be a fight for the belt. Fuking lol @ this divison
