Doesn't matter what was said. The Senate belonged to Republicans and Obama knew to not even waste his time nominating a purposed justice. This isn't the case now. An appointment is inevitable and it will be right of the last two.

Whether he has it in the bag or not is besides the point. You dont waste your chance to set the judiciary policy for up to the next 50 years.

As a conservative, it's pretty satisfying and not the typical emotional dribble people like you spill from your mouths.

I understand why you like to call names and emote like a child. I'd be upset with the shoe on the other foot. Cant say I'd be as childish but dissatisfied all the same.
