I am in first but the Henry news may end up costings me the championship this season.
I got lucky with my Eli Mitchel pickup at least. So i can promote him to rb2 and Henderson to rb1.
Now kinda screwed with my flex though.
Maybe Julio can come through?

It doesn't seem likely that Gano could have that kind of game without Booker doing decently well as well.

what do you think about AP?

worth dropping 50% of my faab? I think best case scenario he is a rb2. Even if the titans pass more they are still a run first offense

They might trade for someone else between now and tomorrow so you should wait for the deadline to decide.

50% feels like too much unless you have very deep benches and all handcuffs are already owned.

PPR or standard? McNichols is the guy in PPR. AP at best will be an early down, possibly goalline, change of pace. McNichols has been there for a year and a half and is engrained in the passing packages already.

I wouldn't drop 50% FAAB on AP. I'd make a good offer in standard and go after McNichols instead in PPR.

interesting, thanks for feedback.
Worried this will turn out into a james Conner / chase Edmonds sort of backfield for points fantasy wise.
I already have conner on my bench I would need bigger production from AP. I think, unlike conner, he would get more touches

If AP can get 14-15 touches and goal line carries he could produce solid rb2 numbers

my team is going to be 7-1 after tonight....

but its pretty much done unless i get lucky in the coming weeks with break out super stars that aren't owned

derrick henry done for the year

david montgomery out for the year til week 11 minimum, and the way herbert been playing they will hold him out.

calvin ridley, prob just found out hes gay and can't cope with his life suddenly mental health out for the year

gronk, rushed back for no reason out for the year (joking but might as well be)

antonio brown, suddenly gets hurt, no one knows whats wrong with him, out for the year (joking)

and no i can't get titans back up McNichols, i'm # 6 in waivers with a league full of haters

right now my starting RBs are michael carter (jets) and chase edmonds.. thats it

you can

how lucky do you need to really be? you have 7 wins. it probably takes what, 9 wins to make the playoffs? so don't freak out if you lose next week. look at it big picture. can you win 2 of the next 6 weeks with a banged up roster, and get montgomery back in the midst of all that? probably.

If it's 12 team league with 6 making playoffs he might already be in. 1 more win and it's probably a lock.

Brutal luck but good chance everyone except Henry is back by playoffs. Carter/AB/Gronk were all draft steals and make up for losing Henry.

Which RB from TEN is the better grab? Thinking of just stashing (if I get through).

I am going to try for McNichols. I can't imagine AP has enough in the tank to be a bellcow and McNichols is a good pass catcher. Prob going to be a 60/40 split favoring him.

as we speak i'd lean peterson because he'll probably score a few TDs. Jeremy was already involved in the passing game and his numbers are whatever. does he get a few extra carries now? probably but i don't see him suddenly being super productive.

that whole titans offense is going to look different. tannehill has gotten by on efficiency and handing the ball to Henry. take Henry away and i don't know if tannehill can step up and carry the offense. defenses are going to focus on him now; nobody's scared of "Jeremy McNichols" and a 36 year old AP.

I agree with Juggs (as usual). Especially in PPR, I think McNichols is the much better option. Non-PPR is a little more of a toss-up, but I feel like AP is going to be more of a change of pace than a bell cow early down runner.

I could see AP still getting more points. It's tough to project but it depends how many carries they plan to give AP

I own both Edmonds and Conner... and Edmonds only outscores conner slightly even in a PPR.
Edmonds 103 fantasy points on the season Conner at 92

but this is with conner hardly getting any touches at all. last week 5 rush attempts, 2 rush tds and 14.2 points (for instance)

I dont think this will be the case with AP and McNichols. If AP actually goes 10-15 carries per game AND gets all the goal line looks i can see him cashing in more points.
I get it, different team and players. Tenn is actually decent though and if Julio can heal up i can see them moving the ball between him and Brown.
Honestly I'll bid on both I made the space. Will stash and see

Considering dropping Davis from Atlanta for McNicol thinking he will replace Henry. Good move? Have already hopefully claimed AP off waivers as well so I can see how they both pan out. I also have Harris and Carter as RBs but still pissed about Henry being out.

Just as an FYI, in my PPR money league, AP went for 26% FAAB and McNichols 22%.

some idiot bid all his remaining faab on AP in my league which translated to 57% of total :/

I was able to pick up Foreman for free. If AP doesnt work out or looks old he should fill the roll

My league has no $0 bids, so it's stupid to blow your entire budget.

I did the same thing. Oh well, I didn't exactly blow a lot of draft capital on him. It was just a lottery ticket.

I'm in bye week hell this week in my league w/friends. Debating whether or not to leave a flex spot open, other options are dropping TJ Hockenson at TE or Tyler Lockett for someone in an otherwise weak free agent pool. I blew my first round pick on Mahomes and as a result my w/r depth is pretty weak. Blah.

I added him. Doesn't hurt to take a shot with Ruggs gone. I have Ridley who possibly is just done with football. Cooper who can't be trusted on a weekly basis. Toney (possibly money after another Shepard injury), and AB who is hurt. I needed someone for bye weeks and injuries at minimum this week anyway.

Ended up trading him for McKissic (I have Gibson) in the only league I drafted him.

Was prepared to regret it when MT came back and beasted so at least I don't have to experience those feelbads.
