Well it was his first time fighting, so that seems fair.

It’s a white collar event, they aren’t looking for guys to get lit up. She should have let him continue, but he seemed outclassed and it was probably obvious to the ref.

That's not considered a loss. Thomas would have to knock you down 3 times for a TKO, or knock you down for a 10 count. Brad popped right back up, ready for another Thomas hammer to the chops

These are the two weak points of the human skull:





Deliver enough kinetic force to the jaw or temple, and it will literally rock your brain inside your skull.

This will either disorient or concuss your opponent, or even in kill in some cases, you can even kill a man with just one punch, that's a risk of boxing.

Elbow strikes will deliver more force with the sharp bone of your elbow, which can cut the flesh, but elbows are not Western boxing that's Muay Thai or Thai boxing.

You want to protect your chin at all points, even outside of amateur boxing matches with helmets, don't get lazy/tired/distracted and put your hands down.

One thing you always gotta remember in a fight:

Never stop to admire your work.

You can land some good hits, you could be doing well, don't stop.

Don't slip up, don't open up a weakness, keep up the tempo and energy.

You have to be like a machine that is built to fight and win.

Don't stop fighting until you ****ing win.
