Think about it. Today's social media addicted millennial flakes have the attention span of a goldfish. They're all amped up to get off to a strong start so he drags it out then lets them have it. Then he breaks early in the 2nd and goes to work cutting down the angles and slowly suffocating them. They fold like a cheap suit.

Radacanu & Fernandez making the veterans look like total chumps. If Emma wins I might get on the train & pop up to Bromley to congratulate her, only a couple of hours from where I live.

I know we've filled pages arguing this stuff but at the end of the day all that really matters is whether you enjoyed watching a player or not, and not how many titles they padded their slam tally with. Schumacher and Hamilton won the most championships in F1 but many believe Ayrton Senna was the best.
I'm confident in my lifetime no one will play better tennis on clay than Nadal — that level he was at 15 years ago will never be matched. Likewise I'm confident no one will make tennis look easier than peak Federer, especially on a fast court. I'll always follow it but tennis was a lot more exciting for me back then. Talent can obviously be measured in many ways but those two did things Djokovic will never do. To me he's statistically the greatest and the most ruthlessly efficient and mentally strongest player however he's not my favorite to watch.

Djokovic is the embodiment of efficiency on a tennis court. However, he has no flare, no aesthetic game, truly watch his movement and he's a slightly less disjointed Medvedev, awkward looking marionette.
I do not hate him for defeating Rafa and Fed or for having the easiest/ weakest era to pad his stats, I do not like his game at all, and the fact that it is his game that people will equate to greatness makes me sad as a tennis fan.

New York tennis crowd has officially dethrone the smelly French as the classless most disgusting tennis fans ever.
I've never seen anything like it, I thought for a moment I was watching a football game and the booing crowd was the hooligans.
Djokovic is not unbeatable when he's opponent doesn't roll over. These snowflakes better get some inspiration from Daniil.

Djokovic is the greatest of all time. Change my mind
Medvedev played his best game ever and Djokovic was too exhausted. 17 hours court time vs medvedev 11 hours. Djokovic had a much tougher bracket to go thru.. Hats off the both guys

Djokovic finally felt loved and appreciated, and the tennis no longer mattered as much.

I don't care for the pointless slam race when they're all great, I'm just glad Medvedev finally converted on his 3rd slam final. This win will inspire the likes of Tsitsipas and hopefully put an end to players 35 and over padding their slam tally.
The best thing for the sport would be if they all ended their careers on 20 to put an end to silly debates. Just pick your favorite player to watch and leave it at that. No one made winning look easier than Federer at least when he wasn't on clay against a lefty from Mallorca. That's enough for me. I already know who is statistically the greatest but he's not my favorite to watch.

Nothing pumped him up like knowing Novak wouldn't be waiting for him in the semis. He was quick to put the boot in and declare the game is bigger than one player because he sure as hell wasn't beating him with 0 wins off clay in over 8 years.
Medvedev nearly had him. If only his coach could have told him to stop hitting the drop shot.
Congrats to Nadal on his Asterisk Open. I hope they ship this trainwreck off to Asia. The main sponsors are Asian. It can do without a low IQ bogan crowd.
When a government can deport the world's best player and 9x champion because his comments about vaccines nearly 2 years ago might create hesitancy in a brainwashed population that is 93% double jabbed you know it's a farce and the country has forfeited its right to host it.

Ultimate brainwashed puppet. I checked his twitter and he made his background just a close up of his head while he's wearing a mask ffs.
Novak would have demolished him here and he will do so if they meet at any other slam.

Djokovic was quick to praise Nadal on social media to avoid being further ostracised by a brainwashed public but he certainly won't forget how Nadal kicked him when he was down and will be on a mission now. I'd be very surprised if Nadal wins another slam.

So you staunchly preach these views but are okay with Novak being booted out of Oz simply to clear a path to 21 for your oiled up warrior? You could have remained silent but chose to gloat instead. Stand for something you spineless cuck.

There's no way you can have opinions like that about how this "pandemic" has been handled and still support the way Nadal has conducted himself during this entire fiasco.

This is the kind of stomach churning drivel our government mouthpiece media pumps out.
"Rafael Nadal has ended the debate about the greatest male tennis player of all time..."
So the No. 1 player, 9x champ, defending champion, and Nadal's worst nightmare on hard courts was removed from both the AO draw and the country using minsterial powers normally reserved for serious criminals, terrorists, etc., the next best goes on to win, and that automatically ends the debate? Djokovic is the defending RG and Wimbledon champion. For as long as he's an active player he can do what he's been doing for the last 3.5 years and that's reel in his rivals.
