I read no true 2 way replay protection with s2x. Hold your btc in cold storage and wait for a while before making transactions post fork then.

I thought it was serious stuff, but if S2X coin is going to be called Bitcoin2x (B2X) and the original chain keeps the title Bitcoin (BTC) I suspect B2X will tank just like all other forks.

idk.. i think you have to go where the miners are

if s2x is less profitable, even if it is better.. with no miners it wont mean chit

youll have to wait until all the other chians fizzle out. businesses are more interested in the bigger blockchains so ultimately i could see thst working out

what i really think will happen is s2x will sell off, but that doesnt mean it wont be valid in the future

What will all these constant forks mean long term for the og btc? It feels weird getting all theses 'free' money - cash, gold, b2x, silver, etc.

You may be getting free money, but someone is losing money on these forks when they choose to buy the forked coin from you (assuming it's price goes down compared to og BTC). So long term the obvious should be forks should stop when people realize the forked coins aren't worth buying ever.

Would be the perfect scam, let everyone get on the Bitconnect train and give them some credibility to create another platform and finally be done and run away. On the other hand, I'm hoping there is some frowned on/shadowy income (other than the ponzi) that is guaranteeing these returns and at the same time helps them in some way, other than the so called bot cut they take.
