Doesn't matter that you're a small nation. You had Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne who could destroy most teams. Plus past & present the likes of Courtois, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Kompany, Tielemans, Batshuayi, Benteke, Lukaku, Mertens, Trossard, Doku, Origi, Openda etc. Seriously, so much talent and little to show for it (just like England).

Edit: On a sidenote, that Copa America Final was horrendous. Fed up of internationals now. Roll on the REAL football in August.

disagree with you here

while it's true Belgium had a solid generation they were not the only ones, so it's not like they were ever the favorite

the difference however is the "big" nations ALWAYS have a "good generation" so they're consistently among the potential winners

Belgium COULD'VE had a shot in 2016 and 2018, that's it

England (among others) should've had a shot in every tournament since the start

Foxes looking pretty good in preseason thus far. Hype for the season opener home vs. Tottenham. Next five games are Fulham, Villa, palace, Everton, Arsenal. Really hope to have 9 points from those games, that’s not an easy stretch of games to start.

US wokelympic team makes it out of the group for the first time in 20 years. Would be cool to see if they can make a run at a medal (doubtful) given what a disaster COPA was

Americans get completely embarrassed. That WC on home soil looking pretty ugly right now unless the program does a 180.

Muh golden generation is extremely overrated and the young guys waiting in the wings are worse. The Landon Donovan/Clint Dempsey/Demarcus Beasley teams around 2010 would destroy these guys

The USA Soccer Federation has been on a downfall ever since firing Klinsmann srs. Completely clueless as much as I didn't like Berhalter it's not his fault they decided to keep him on after an "internal review" I would accept that offer too, but I always knew he was a bad coach. We need a foreign European coach I've been saying this forever, but it starts with the people at the top they have no clue what they're doing…just like Chelsea right now with Todd Boehly.

Quality point for the foxes. Could’ve been down 3 or 4 at half, also could’ve won by a goal or two completely outplaying Spurs the last 40 minutes.

Good to see the Foxes back, but I got to admit they got lucky here and it could have very easily been no points for them.

Tottenham are one dimensional ATM and Ange has to find a new style because they drop points the same way each game. They're all offense. He's not playing to all the squad's strengths. I saw so many half chances that weren't taken or finished.

Vardy was great but he's getting old and has to be close to retiring. I hope the Foxes do well, but don't deny they've got some major uphill climb ahead….
Back off, Warchild.

They’ll stay up if the points deduction that’s coming isn’t too severe.

Vardy looks like he’ll be around a while. Still has enough pace to get in behind. His late start of career might have saved his legs some. Decent blend of youth and experience in the team, Oliver skipp will be a good add to reunite with winks

He's a solid player. See his stats if you don't believe.

I think he is the second highest international goal scorer in Europe. He plays well in particular roles like finisher/striker etc. He's not a Messi/Ronaldo type of one man army player, and he never intended to be. Give him a coach who knows how to emphasize his strengths, and he is great.

brah I know him well enough

his stats are padded as fuk because of a stacked NT where he scored a ton against teams like San Marino and Luxemburg

as soon as the big tournaments arrive man goes missing lmfao

his club stats are solid but nothing extraordinary imo, add to that that besides his goals he's of 0 worth for a team lol

off the pitch he's a insufferable kunt as well

so that's why my mind is BLOWN when I see fans lining up in the street to welcome his whiny ass
