I honestly don't even know how i tore my rotator cuff. I think it just happened over a long period of time. It just started hurting one day and never got better, even when I stopped all upper body for a couple months. Went to ortho surg and yep, it was a tear. PT didn't help and then got an injection which helped a ton, but I re hurt it by being stupid. Got two big bags of yams, and instead of going around to passenger side to put them in, got in car and lifted them up and over to passenger seat. Felt it immediately. I think that's when I tore it all the way. Was in agony for months before I could get surgery due to selling my house and moving. All I know is I never want to go through that kind of pain again.

So skiing is def out. Besides, I think it would be worse if I hurt my legs since it would kill me to not be able to do legs. lol

No it wasn't mainstream or "popular" or known relative to many other trends or dances until the Twerk Team starting making their videos around the time youtube was getting huge and everyone would throw together trap artists and their twerk videos.

It started in 2009 and peaked around 2010.

The rest are aftershock waves of the trend hierarchy and before that it wasn't really that known.
