Eat 500 calories a day and jog 5 miles a day. Eventually you're going to lose weight.

Yeah it is more weight but the macros don't change after it's cooked.
Maybe a bit less carbs do to being poured out in the water.

It helps me more with breakfast and snack ideas.

I cut on 2300 Cals a day.
I usually leave 1100 for dinner (my family isn't on board) of that it is likely only 30-50 grams of protein.

That means I need ~170 grams of protein for the other 1200 calories.

50 of that comes from Whey at 200 calories.

1000 Cals left with 120 grams to go. I have to be pretty clean for everything else.

Your meals look so unhealthy. Look at Ainsley's meals:
She has fruits and veggies in every meal and snack. I could learn from her.

I got tested last week and I am at 15%. I was actually surprised I was that low. Visible abs but I don't meal prep, calorie count or anything I just have low carb in take and try to eat fresh.

It's just a number and most testing methods are very inaccurate. So in reality, you could be as low as 12% or high as 18%. It really doesn't matter as long as you're happy with what you see in the mirror.

the difference between visible abs and gliding your hand across your stomach and feeling abs is a whole different ball game. You can have visible abs at 20 but you're never gonna feel them until you get to less than 12

That feel when you look in the mirror.

You exhale...

... and your abs flex.

Then you inhale.....

abs still there...

and you exhale again.

The feels!

im talking rub your hand down your stomach and feel them, you can poke around in the fluff and almost always feel them but running your hand down your stomach is almost always a sobering reminder of how fat youve gotten

Fat & protein remain about the same, just cut the carbs down progressively and do that everyday. Cuts are fast, bulks are slow.
