I’m sure 105 the fan is ready to blame everyone but dak. He wasn’t anything special, offense looked basic. Jaylon Smith should be cut

Yeah, they blaming the defense and that last call while ignoring the true problem with this team.. so frustrating so know that if we had a competent qb this game would’ve not gone down like this

That’s because Dak won’t throw the ball beyond 5 yards. All our offense was short passes to zek. Why the fuk u spend a 1st on lamb if u ain’t gonna get him the ball. On a positive note, I think trevon diggs and Aldon Smith are ballers.

Before we sell the team let's keep in mind this is the first real action anyone has faced...I mean the WaShInGtOn FoOtBaLl team clowned the Eagles (which have been the majority favorite to win the east)

In other news...

Brady = Winston
Jags AFC South champs
49ers playing for #1 overall pick

Washington at least has an elite defense even tho their qb is awful.

would've won if jarwin wasnt hurt. yea we got raped on the gallup "push off" but aldon smith also facemasked for that pick. Schultz isnt bad but cant make those catches that wouldve pushed us downfield that jarwin does. Defense just lol did poe do anything? No lve again huh? Rolling out how many rookies in the secondary?

ive never been a dak guy but he was far from the problem. run defense and tackling were piss fuking poor. oline was pathetic and chaz green woulda been a godsend. offense looked vanilla af but no way did dak cost em. if not for that schit fuking call dak is being called clutch rn. that was the exact throw he couldn’t hit for gallups entire rookie yr.

lve might as well retire i honestly don’t see him ever being right again and jaylon is a thief.

The problem is and always is Jerry Jones.

JJ pours all cap money and resources into established NFL name players. He's always 3-5 years behind the 8-ball. Where Bill Belichick cuts 'prime' players at their peak, Jerry Jones buys at the peak. He's a terrible trader and a micromanager. Cf Pete Carroll culture in Seattle despite having no name players.

Jones will have a better life if he just drinks beer at games, instead of finding a way to get every guy who pops when they play in the jerrydome. Unfortunately ownership for JJ means control of every decision, and the decision he ****s up every year is the decision not to delegate to better minds.

The Dallas Cowboys are not an organization that does everything it can to win - it is an organ of Jerry Jones that only cares about winning as a direct result of a Jerry Jones masterstroke.

Dak was not the main reason they lost, but if they make him the highest paid player in the NFL they are absolutely insane.

He is very very average.

Zeke looks fast again, and Aldon Smith looked really good considering he hasn't played football in 5 years.

Willing to let this loss go, they looked pretty bad, but it's the first week of action. There was a lot of ugly play all over the league yesterday. They better right the ship though, too many offensive weapons to score 17 points.

^Was also going to post about Zeke's speed...He's cuts and bursts are like his rookie year it seems...that first score was awesome. A lot of RBs go out of bounds on that play.

Couple more takes...

-Aldon Smith did look good...hopefully he can keep building on yesterday's performance.
-OLine looked bad...very bad...but Donald in arguably the best defensive lineman in the game.
-Our defense vs the run/quick pass was hard to watch at times...need to address DT/LB soon (LVE may be Lee 2.0)
-Dak didn't look great...missed a few key throws...but his scrambling was on...gonna let him get through the first quarter of the season before I call for Big Dick Ben DiNucci to start
-Gallup>Coop lol

-Paying Coop and not Jones lol

3 points in the second half, he’s an Alex smith tier qb,and the defense has so many holes it’s not even funny. Our lb core is the worst in the nfl- lee always hurt, lve always hurt, Smith lmao

I think we will be Ok at DT, but LB/S is going to be a big issue. LVE getting hurt the first game is not a good sign, and Jaylon Smith isn't playing great. We are royally effed if those positions don't improve. I don't think we are set at safety by any means. They need to take a real look at ET3 I think. Logan Ryan was out there for awhile too, but we let the Giants scoop him up.

My mind is blown how Dallas puts absolutely no value in the safety position. It's been an Achilles heal for over a decade now.

In other news Jamal Adams had 12 tackles, a sack, two QB hits and 2 TFL.

We screwed up not getting him last year when the price was more reasonable.

LVE going to IR, broken collar bone.

Damn if next game vs falcons we don't blow them out, we already know it's another one of those years.

Remember though ****gits, recent years and this decade Cowboys started 0-1 and made the playoffs. For all we know they might have a winning run in store

i will say for vander esch the neck issue isnt an nfl related injury its more genetic. and the collarbone is the easiest, most commonly broken bone in the body. Im willing to chuck that all up to the ole dallas cowboys luck and hold off on the sean lee comparisions
