I used the listing agent and his recommended lender (can give you a significant advantage). Lenders shop your app around for best rates. I’m married to my money not a company lol. I had ZERO clue who the financial institution was going to be, was docusigning everything and caught UWM and had to go back real quick to make sure I wasn’t imagining things lol.

Alright I’m down 40k at open. Going to go super aggressive with RKT weekly cc’s. Weeklies will be more manageable than 30-45 DTE and can potentially collect more premiums through aggressive strikes. I have set goals for how much needs to be achieved on a monthly basis so as long as I can roll and achieve either those premiums or a comfortable strike to sell at, I’ll be good. Gonna be a grind.
