To give enough time if a series went to 7 games to still allow some rest they always do this

Ant needs more time. Also not sure about Gobert if hes not helping offensively and getting cooked defensively as a DPOY. KAT needs to be more consistent.

Nah as long as Kyrie stays healthy he'll dominate those dudes. Crazy Kyrie has somehow gotten more durable as he has aged. I remember when he was playing with Lebron and he could only manage to play 1-2 games a series with his bum knee.

Celtics about to get a reality check when they finally face a healthy top caliber team in the finals, their east run was a joke.

Celtics are just a team of NPC's

Mavericks restructured their team around the deadline and have been totally different since. Benching Hardaway Jr, trading away Grant Williams, the additions of Gafford and Washington. The emergence of Lively etc. They are not the same team from the beginning of the season. They handled LAC, OKC and Minnesota which are 3 juggernauts from the west.

I don't see how Luka and Kyrie don't will that team to victory, they are total psychos especially Luka

People also seem to forget that Kyrie beat probably the greatest team of all time in 2016, dude was insane and Kyrie is in his bag atm.

KP is also coming back from injury has never played beyond the first round in a playoffs. I think he'll be spooked jumping RIGHT into the NBA finals off an injury (assuming he comes back).

Mavs in 6-7

yeah current Mavs team would be top 2 seed if they had this team from start of the season, offense has always been there but the jump in defense was huge with gafford and lively, very close to level of defense wolves had but with much better offense, PJW carried hard when Luka was injured the most.

I just want to see Dallas win to have all the narratives that kyrie was a cancer, a detriment to the team, that he should retire fall completely flat on its face.

Kyrie is literally the greatest robin. clutch, can create his own shot at will, take over the game if needed or the main star is struggling, can assume on-ball and off-ball roles. Let's be honest, Brooklyn probably would have won a chip if Kyrie and Harden didn't get injured.

Yeah and that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is when they have 2 rest days in between games sometimes. Especially when it's in the same city. Like games 1 and 2 of the finals game 1 is Sunday and game 2 is Wednesday. Fukk that shiit, it should be game day, rest day, game day, rest day, repeat.

Yeah I kinda want to see that too. Kyrie has one of the most aesthetically pleasing games of all time. Seeing Derrick White win the finals MVP would be pretty entertaining too

JJ Reddick getting the Lakers coaching job apparently. Fast forward 2 seasons when the Lakers once again underachieve:

"Me and JJ Reddick were never friends, in fact, I barely know they guy and he was never my choice for the Lakers coaching job. That was all on Rob Pelinka and Lakers management."

He absolutely is the greatest Robin of all time if they win this chip. I'll be happy to see him acknowledge it too. He was such a kent when he forced his way off the Cavs and fukked up every team since trying to be flat earth covid conspiracy batman. Redemption will be insanely sweet for him and I'll be happy for him too. I am glad his knee problems didn't ruin his career even though he was fragile as fuk for quite some time in the later part of many seasons.

I'm hoping its Mavs in 6. Even though his politics suck I really respect Mark Cuban and the Dallas organization. They do business the right way and are willing to be loyal in a cutthroat industry. Love seeing Dirk at the games too.

Scratch that. Game 1 is Thursday, then Friday AND Saturday are off days, then Game 2 is Sunday, then Monday AND Tuesday are off days before Game 3 Wednesday. Hate that shiit.

Based on the players and teams alone I guess I want Dallas to win. I don't really care for Luka, and Kyrie is kind of retarded but as you said if he comes out of this more mature and accepting of his role on a TEAM I can respect that. I have nothing against Tatum or any of the Celtics players but I'm just sick of people hyping him as the next Kobe every year and him choking in the playoffs every year. Jaylen Brown is way overpaid as well. Plus most Celtics fans are also Red Sox/Pats fans so it would be good to see them lose.

I really dgaf about Cuban's politics in general, but the DEI shiit sank him in my mind. Him being loyal is nice, but it's all wiped out by his pro-DEI tirades in interviews and on social media. Fukk that guy.

I'll admit that Kyrie did his fair share of messing up but I think the media was just being extremely unfair to him. Stephen A in particular started talking a whole bunch of crazy about Kyrie all because he and Kyrie's dad didn't see eye to eye then Stephen claimed it wasn't personal, lol.

The whole dragging him through the coals because of the vaccine and him posting a link I thought was kinda ridiculous lol. Let the man breathe. I think if Kyrie wasn't injured pretty much every playoff run he wouldn't have gotten half the criticism. I'm just glad to see him actually have a healthy playoff run.

If you really think about, he's arguably robbed his team of two championships because he got injured. One with the Cavs and one with Brooklyn. You could throw Boston in there that one time but I don't think the Warriors would have been beaten by them. But I think the Warriors would have been beaten in the first matchup with the Cavs if Kyrie was healthy and Phoenix would have been beaten as well. Lebron would have 5 chips, Durant would have his chip being the main guy as well as Harden having his chip. Curry would have one less chip but I think his chip in Boston has solidified his standing as he's proven he can win against a legitimate, healthy team without Durant.

Nope. The disparity between Porzingis and the third best Mavs player is massive. And Kyrie is way too inconsistent
