There it is, so a mro for 333 or a pro for 375. That is a hard choice.

MRO doesn't include a mount, visit Geissele for that:https://geissele.com/super-precision-mro-series.html

One benefit to the MRO, it's 4.1 oz w/o mount, and the Aimpoint is 7.8.

Geissele MRO mount weighs 2 oz, standard Aimpoint mount it ships with is 3.3, so your MRO is going to weigh half as much.

Did a whole turkey yesterday. Flavor was great, but had trouble getting it to come to temp so finished it in the oven. Was pretty cold here, maybe 20-25°.

Considering getting an offset stick burner... Prob a bad choice.

Morning, MFC. There was a VP9 at the farm store yesterday, so I fondled it a bit. Mag release is a bit odd, but I like that it's ambi. All in all, I liked how it felt.

Then last night I went to the range to make sure our shotguns held zero over the summer. Range was a mud pit. I left my target there because I didn't want to trudge through it a second time.

Seems that thumb of support hand would be right there to drop the mag.

Support hand is on the way to retrieve the next magazine, and too far forward to drop it from shooting grip. Also, with full firing grip, trigger hand middle finger is somewhat blocking the paddle in that scenario.

I don't think I've ever heard of somebody using support hand thumb. People use middle finger, trigger finger, or thumb of shooting hand. IMO and IME that list is ranked in order of awesomeness

And they let you have a light on your deer gun? Big no-no here
