How long do you keep receipts for big purchases?
Definitely keep them until the product in within expiry. For clothing/groceries, prolly a month or so coz after that they cant be returned.

Yes from learning from my grandmother who was a professional. Used to be in charge of cooking for 800+ people before I was born. She was the best at home cooking.

A little place in Chinatown in San Francisco. Just a hole in the wall, but there was an hour long line - at 2:00 p.m. on a weekday.

I have my office Christmas party this Friday. I dont get drunk or drink much at work functions, I cant be seen to be behaving that way. I do however see loads of people get totally smashed and abuse the free bar.

Will you be attending your work Christmas party and if so when is it and what will it be (i.e formal dinner and party etc)?

Followed Atkins, was awesome. Other than that, followed a "bro diet" years ago. Now I follow set calories with more of an IIFYM approach with trying to eat 80% "clean"

Yep - especially Quest bars, which aren't sinful. The others I eat are though - so I treat 'em like a candy treat.
