Yes the first 5 days wanted to chew my freaking arm off or eat a **** ton of carbs. After that it was smooth sailing except for my stomach purging that junk out for a few days. No bueno
Honestly if you're following a true PSMF there isn't much to report. If you're following that kind of diet it's not meant to go any longer than 2-3 weeks. You basically drop all your water and some fat...it's nothing earth shattering.

I'm not sure if I did as extreme as psmf technically ,but it was in between keto and that I guess since my Cal were really low? Idk
I am just so surprised it happened that fast!! 11 days is quick to drop 1.5 inches amirite? Ya wouldn't be much to the thread though! Haha I will definitely be using keto for next yr after I bulk then need to lean out!

Cleavage is fine depending on the occasion. For example, at work it is a no-no, at a party it is fine.

Publicly, no. But a handful of people have seen my photo or heard a vocaroo.

Not spoon pics, so I guess could technically still be fake, but if I was going to do that I would choose someone better looking, and if they cared enough to image search it they wouldn't have found it anywhere else.

I've only used PSMF a few times towards the end of my diet. At that point there's not much left to lose. I drop whatever water is remaining, a bit of fat and that's it. I'm not a fan of keto dieting never have been. I feel carbs are an important fuel needed for training and help with recovery. I also hate the look of walking around looking flat due to empty glycogen stores. I work hard for muscle and I want that fullness to show...which is why I welcome carbs.

Just my opinion.

I love carbs, I have noticed if I drink a lot of water my tummy goes down but as soon as I forget to drink water boom bloated again. Super annoying.

Yep. For the first few days my weight fluctuated 2 lbs or so and I knew that was water weight. After day 6, I weighed like 134 (-3 lbs)
now day 11 I weigh 131.

My weight never changes. I have to get below 1600 cal a day to lose and eat a **** ton to gain.
I'm not just saying this but once I get to the weight I want to be, I could eat a whole pizza and not gain weight.

I know it sounds like I'm bull-****ting but I swear I'm not lol that's why I figured it would only take me 2 weeks to lose it.
