"A STARTLED man has told how he found a bullet lying in a York city-centre street.
Tim Stark said he was unloading items into the MOR Music store where he works in Fossgate yesterday morning when he spotted what he believed to be a live .22 bullet gleaming in a puddle.
He said he immediately called police, who came and took it away.
I have no idea what it was doing there, he said. "
Police put the bullet into safe storage and asked anyone with any information about the bullet to come forward

Hey you're knowledgeable on boots, right? I thought a while back you posted about them. What are some good go-to hiking boots? I was looking at the Salomon 4d 3 GTX.

For myself the most comfortable boot or boot-like footwear I've had are Merrell moab and Lowa zephyr. I have some Asolo Fugitive GTX but I kind of feel like they ride too high, sole is too thick and foot is too far off the ground...I always thought that...and then they are what I was wearing when I broke my ankle hiking soooo I don't wear them any more really lol

I'm comfortable doing moving drills and shooting past/being shot past by certain people that I've shot with multiple times, but there's no way I'd want to do a shooting through gaps while walking circles like a duck shooting gallery with a bunch of randoms.

What happened to Dual?
Is it tax time talk yet?
It seems like I remember since the standard deduction was almost doubled that it would make more sense for most people to just do that instead of itemizing. Am I still right on that? Anyone looked into it yet?

But for real, I think a lot of people who previously itemized are going to wind up better off with the standard deduction this year, but that's going to be unique to your own circumstances. If your 2017 itemized deductions were less than $12k ($24k married), then you're probably going to just take the standard deduction this year, assuming similar situations. Mine were just over $10k itemized last year, so I see myself just taking the standard this year.

I don't know if anyone has used this website, but if it actually works it seems like a cool idea. Can look up serial numbers to see if the gun you're buying is stolen or not... I guess that's good? You can also add your own guns if they were stolen.

I don't get the tread with Solomons and why I would need cleat style vs tire style on normal boots. Are cleat style treads for speed in trail running?
