I am at 187lbs rn. I'm guessing ~12 percent bodyfat (top 4 abs slightly visible). So aim for about 180g of protein, only counting the protein from animal sources. My macros end up looking something like 300c/100f/200p. Thoughts on dropping carbs and upping fats?

If it is the meal breakdowns that look weird, it is just because of how myfitnesspal is setup.

@tendies personally I've always done well with lower fat and higher carbs. You only need 50-60g of fats even as a natty. Also beer calories don't count.

It's accurate. I was PM'ing those numbers to Cleveland (on FOH) the other day while I was doing it, because I noticed the neg was -908, which is greater than my rep power . So I just copied them from the PMs.
