Had a great chest and tricep workout today. Pushed myself to my absolute limits. I start my training schedule tomorrow. Going Monday-Saturday with sundays off. Time to grind and put in that work baby!

Mirin' still making great progress even if it's a bit slower then you'd prefer. Summer is still a long way away.

Impressive. I think taking it slow is the way to go. 1kg a week is a bit too much for me.

At what weight do you guys think I need to keep cutting to? I’m 5’7” 160lbs. Posted my pic here recently. Also been trying to keep my calories between 1700-2000. Should I be cutting calories more than that?

Yes, cutting down is always an eye opener. That‘s why most guys fail, they panic as they realize how low they must go. When in the end, the absolute number is irrelevant anyway. Also have to keep in mind that internet weight is different from real weight when comparing to others.

This is how people fail.
Setting a predetermined weight for acquiring The Shredz is not the way to go.
The mirror/pics will show how shredded you are.
The scale doen't differentiate between shredded muscle and fat...it's just weight.

Do you think I am cutting enough. Too much, too little? Trying to stick to 1700-2000 calories a day.

That's not a question anyone can answer in the abstract. It depends on what your maintenance intake is, and in any event, what you mean by 'too much' or 'too little'.

no worries I know, actually explained this exactly to someone a couple days ago. And I won't be bulking again until june, maybe july regardless so I have all the time in the world to take this nice and slow if I start losing my sanity

das it mayne, you'll be pretty sore for the next week or so but it'll gradually get better don't worry

you can thumb through my old avis, i'm 5'7 and cut down to 143 last year with my calories never going below 2k and with HARD core cheat days once or twice a week. But something to keep in mind is despite being a natural fat boy I was blessed with the ability to get away with eating a lot higher calories than most for my weight

Week 10 of 12 me - cut going really well, sadly last 4 days been struck down with some cold / flu. Still managed to roughly stick on my macros, went a bit over. Put on .05kg on my previous week - could be just water weight. Look super lean in the mirror. Will post final pics in Week 12 - keep going brahs!

Dropped down to 166 lbs so far, got my head committed in the game for cutting a few days ago. Strength hasn't really dropped while dropping my calories. Carbs have been cut a bit but still north of 200g. Hit a deadlift PR last night too actually.

I like how much thicker my oblique and midsection has gotten as result of the bulk. Can't wait to be shredded again.

Week 10 of 12 - Been sick last few days, been trying to stick to my diet. Largely have, sadly I'm now quite sick (managed to push through with training, haven't missed one session!) lost my voice, weak, etc. I'm going to eat at maintenance till I get better and will continue training whilst I recover. Hopefully, this doesn't effect my cut TOO much; worse case scenario i'll add another week of cutting in to get back on track.

brahs - how do you cope with sickness on cut? Also, what you guys reckon my BF% is in the pictures? Thoughts on cut?

Keep pushing fellas!
